If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. 2. Subscription Access AegisLegacy provides subscription-based access to estate planning tools, AI-assisted drafting, and collaboration features. Subscription tiers and pricing may change; we provide reasonable notice of material updates. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for accurate billing details and maintaining a valid payment method. You can manage your subscription or submit a cancellation request from the Subscription Management page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. 3. Refund Policy New subscriptions include a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied within 15 days of your initial purchase, request a refund through the Subscription Management page and we will process a full refund. After the guarantee window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. 4. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may disable accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. 5.
